Write Vault: Summer 2013 Newsletter

July 1st, 2013

What a long strange trip it has been…

Write Vault was a mere theory 4 months ago and today it’s a living breathing service for writers and artists  all over the world.

No other digital registration company goes out of its way to help starving artists and writers protect their work without emptying their wallets. Your work is safe with us, digitally encrypted and backed up daily to three locations. We also like turtles. So there’s that. No other company would dare go out on a limb and say such things.

Public Works Abound!

If you haven’t already, check out our public section where you can download and read our publicly shared works. There’s quite a varied group already!

From a feature length vampire western entitled Saltwater by Susan Soliz

“A young vampire girl ends up stranded in the isolated western town of Saltwater, with bank robbers and vampire hunters on her trail….”

to a science fiction, family adventure entitled Robot Island by David Donarumo

“It is 1954. Twelve year old Nonny learns that her dad’s death is the first in fifty years. That night, Nonny’s father visits her as a ghost. He tells her his soul is being drawn to a large island in the middle of the lake that borders the town. Her father pleads for her help to save his soul.

Nonny and her best friend Benny begin their investigation. Visiting the island, they find amazing robots powered by souls. No one believes them and people continue to die. Heather,a family friend, discovers a book exists with an incantation that can release the souls. The book must be on the island but the townsfolk, motivated by fear, want to prevent anyone from visiting it.

Nonny must find a way to rescue her father’s soul and save an entire town in the process.”

Projects can be set from public to private instantly, so if these two projects are unavailable, take stroll through our latest submissions.

If you’d like to read these projects, you must already be a member or sign up here: [sign up form] Membership is free.
