UPDATE 7.18.14
The issue we were having with gmail accounts seems to be fixed. (gmail has lifted their temporary block).
We’re keeping an eye on the situation, but please be aware by reading about it below.

Dear Write Vault Users and Potential New Customers,
We are currently experiencing some outgoing mail issues which involve Gmail bouncing our internal messages to you back to us (password recovery, sign up validation, etc.)
Our SMTP outgoing server is being blocked by Gmail erroneously and we are currently working on getting this issue resolved as soon as possible.
No other email client or service has been affected besides Gmail and its associated products.
For Potential New Customers:
If your account is @gmail.com or uses Google App Services (Gmail for your Domain) and you’d like to create an account, please contact our Managing Director directly at stacy@writevault.com. We can set up an account for you in a short time during regular business hours (PST).
For Current Customers:
If your account is @gmail.com or uses Google App Services (Gmail for your Domain) and you wish to change or recover a password, please contact our Managing Director directly at stacy@writevault.com using the Gmail address associated with your account. We will reset it for you or fix any other issue you may have.
